90-DAY GUARANTEE

We want you to love your Quiet Gloss brush. If it's not right for you, you have 90 days from delivery to return it for a 100% refund of the product price, no questions asked.

HOW TO START A RETURN
1. Email us at soporte.tiendaonline@outlook.com with your order number.
2. We'll reply with your return instructions.
3. Send the item back within 14 days of receiving our instructions, with its cap and original packaging.
Items sent back without contacting us first cannot be accepted.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEM?
If your brush arrives damaged or stops working, email us within 90 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video of the issue, and we'll send you a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

EU CUSTOMERS
If you live in the European Union, you also keep your legal right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason.

REFUNDS
Once we receive your return, we'll email you to confirm. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.
