Every order ships free, with tracking.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

DELIVERY TIME
Orders are delivered within 4 to 8 business days after shipping, depending on your location. Delivery may take longer during peak holiday periods.

- United States, Canada and Mexico

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
For orders to countries outside the European Union (including the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, the United States, Canada and Mexico), local customs may charge import duties or taxes on delivery. These charges are set by your country and are not included in our prices.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days, email us at soporte.tiendaonline@outlook.es and we'll make it right.

WRONG ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but we'll always do our best to help.
