PRODUCTS
We do our best to describe and display our products accurately. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen. Our heated hair brush is a personal styling tool, not a medical device.

SAFE USE
Use on dry hair only. Keep the heated bristles away from your eyes, face and scalp, and never use the brush in or near water. Let it cool down before putting the cap back on or storing it. Keep it out of reach of children. Charge it with a standard USB-C charger and read the instructions before first use.

PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are shown in your local currency (US dollars in the United States, euros in Spain). Any applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders affected by them, with a full refund.

ORDERS
We may refuse or cancel any order, for example in case of suspected fraud or stock issues. If we cancel an order you've paid for, you'll receive a full refund.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or store. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
